1.The method of silicone oil emulsification

The factors affecting the quality of silicone oil products are the use of appropriate emulsifiers and the use of appropriate silicone oil emulsification methods. So what are the methods for silicone oil emulsification?

1. Phase inversion emulsification method
2. Natural emulsification
3. Alternate emulsification method
4. Mechanical forced emulsification

In the production of silicone oil, in order to emulsify silicone oil better and more efficiently, companies often choose the mechanical forced emulsification method of high-shear emulsifier, the strong mechanical properties of high-shear emulsifier, and the excellent mixing and emulsification effect. The products are more secure in terms of quality and output.

2.The emulsification steps of silicone oil high-shear emulsifier

A.The distilled water was placed in the water pot of the high-shear emulsifier, and heated to 70 ℃, and added an appropriate amount of additives, stirred to dissolve to obtain solution 1;

B.In an oil pan, add the emulsifier to the silicone oil and stir and heat to 70°C to obtain solution 2;

C.Turn on the high-shear emulsifier and slowly add the solution 1 from the previous water-oil pot into solution 2, emulsify and shear for 15-30 minutes to obtain a stable non-layered silicone oil solution;

D.Place the final solution in an oven at 48°C and a refrigerator at -15°C for 24 hours, and then let the temperature return to normal temperature.
