In the food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries, emulsified feed and discharge have a direct impact on production efficiency, sanitation, emulsification, equipment cleaning and the connection with the next process. Therefore, the inlet and outlet of the emulsion tank is an important part of the overall high shear emulsifier design.

The way of feeding and discharging is in line with the production requirements of emulsification.
The inlets of the Yikai ZJR series main emulsion tanks are mostly installed on the lid. The inlet of the kettle is generally provided with a filter inlet, and the sight glass for observing the stirring and reaction state of the material can also be combined with the feed port. There is also a small feed inlet for trace elements. Therefore, the inlet of the emulsion tank is placed on the lid. The discharge port is generally at the bottom, and is placed at the top of the pot body, and the bottom valve is discharged. If there is material viscosity or nature is not suitable for the general discharge method, the discharge method can be adjusted according to the specific situation. In addition, the main emulsifier can also be dumped.
