The MC series Mixcore Bottom Circulation Homogenizer Emulsifier is a high-efficiency vacuum emulsifier from YeKeey. Its working efficiency is usually higher than that of ordinary emulsifying machines. How does it achieve high working efficiency? Let’s take a look at how the Mixcore Bottom Circulation Homogenizer Emulsifier work.
How does Mixcore Bottom Circulation Homogenizer Emulsifier Achieve High Working Efficiency?
For the Mixcore bottom homogenizer emulsifier system, the homogenizer of its stator and rotor structure is located below the main emulsification tank body.
First, the product in the main emulsifying tank is delivered to the homogenizer through the outlet at the bottom of the tank (which is also the inlet of the homogenizer). Next, in the premixing chamber, the mixing and conveying paddle accelerates the product downwards. There are multiple feed valves around the premix chamber through which powders and liquids can be sucked under a vacuum. All material entering the mixing chamber flows directly into the turbulent flow created by the mixing paddle and mixes immediately to avoid agglomeration.
Next, the pre-mixed product is accelerated horizontally to the rotor-stator homogenizer by means of push paddles. In the rotor/stator section, the rotor will accelerate the product to a peripheral speed of 30 m/s and then drop to 0 m/s over a distance of 1 mm. This means that the product processed in the shear column is subjected to a combination of thrust and shear forces, reducing the size of the emulsified droplets to 1 μm or less.
The pump arm downstream of the rotor/stator then delivers the product to the bypass line. The product can be pumped to the upper part of the main emulsifying tank by a long circuit pump, or directly back to the conical part of the lower part of the tank by a short circuit. In the main tank, a counter-rotating coaxial agitator macro-mixes the product before sending it back to the homogenizer. The tank is equipped with a double jacket that can be heated or cooled with water or steam.
Finally, the finished product is discharged through a recirculation pipe installed at the output of the homogenizer. During the discharging process, you can choose the homogeneous dispersion mode to re-smooth the product, or choose the pumping mode to pump out under pressure without shearing.
Summary
Mixcore high shear vacuum homogeneous emulsifier equipment takes advanced “recirculation emulsification” as the core technology of system design, equipment specifications cover experiment, pilot test to production, and can be used for complex and diversified products in many application fields. Produced to provide scientifically effective homogenization and mixing solutions! Mixcore recirculation vacuum emulsifier has many advantages and features, which can meet the different process and processing needs of various products. Almost all semi-solid products such as suspensions, creams, lotions, and gels can be produced reliably, quickly, and with high quality by Mixcore vacuum emulsifiers. Even sterility requirements can be met.
