In the production of cosmetics, the stability of the product system is very important. For example: the viscosity of the emulsified material, if a pot is thick, a pot of thin, even now the emulsified material in each pot is much thinner than the standard viscosity or even half of the measured pure water pH and conductivity are not question, where is the problem? Does the material of the emulsifier have any effect? Let’s take a look at some of the answers from the technical staff in the industry. For your reference!
First of all, you can check the following aspects of the vacuum emulsifier:
1. Whether the emulsifier of the emulsifier is clean enough, including the pipeline used (if it is not cleaned, it may bring in “impurities”, which will affect the consistency of the material);
2. Whether the raw materials and producers are consistent;
3, cut the problem. Although your production process is the same, but you changed to a cosmetic equipment supply company, because of the non-standard nature of this type of equipment, changing a company is equivalent to changing an emulsified pot, and the homogenized heads of different emulsification pots are The mass size is different, so you have to “control” the time and speed of your homogenization. The stirring speed of the stirring slurry should be “controlled” again. (For example: the same formula, the same speed is displayed on the machine. In the case, your last company needs to be homogenized for 5min. Maybe you are now using the emulsifier pot of this company. As long as it is homogeneous for 1min, it can achieve the effect of the previous company’s homogenization for 5min.
In addition, it can also be tested by the following method: put a pot of water into the emulsifying pot, heat and stir for a while, and measure the conductivity. Add water to the pot and heat it normally. After homogenizing, measure the water inside the pot. The problem of affecting the viscosity of the material is finally determined and adjusted to produce a high quality stable product.
