Recently, the Ugandan customer ordered a set of daily chemical liquid washing stainless steel mixing tank production equipment for the production of liquid washing products. In use, due to improper operation, some technical problems caused the machine to fail to operate normally. There is a time difference of 5 hours. When the problem occurs, the customer is making a batch of materials. If the production is interrupted, it will inevitably cause the loss of raw materials. At that time, it was the evening rest time, but the staff who received customer feedback immediately contacted the after-sales technical service department to solve the problem for the customer in a timely manner and avoid the loss of the customer’s production.
