The material should be mixing in emulsifying machine for enough time firstly. After that, please follow the steps below to discharge:
- Before the step of discharge, turn the ‘emulsifying’ button to left. You can also push the emergency stop button on ‘emulsifying frequency converter panel’. This step is to stop the homogenizer.
- Keep the low speed stirrers running.
- Turn the discharging button to right first. And then open the discharging valve at the bottom of the emulsifying pot .
- If there are storage tanks, you can transfer the materials to storage tanks by a pump.
Besides to this, there’s another way for discharging. First stop both homogenizer and the stirrers. Then open the cover of emulsifying machine . Push the button of toppling over the emulsifying pot to pour the materials directly into storage tanks. After discharging, push the button again to make the pot return to its original position.
