On Christmas Eve, customers from the cosmetics industry in France came to visit YK. The customer investigated the company’s cosmetic production equipment – vacuum emulsifier and filling machinery. Through on-site observation and operation, customers have an in-depth understanding of the comprehensive strength of Yikai. At the same time, it also lays a good foundation for the next step of cooperation.
The manager of the Foreign Trade Department, Ge, received the visiting customers. Mainly, the customer visited the assembly workshop of YK vacuum emulsifier and filling machine. The accompanying staff introduced the Yikai equipment to the customer. The salesperson answered the questions from the customer. The customer expressed satisfaction with YK’s production equipment and on-site management. The two sides actively discussed the temperature control of the vacuum emulsifier in the current production of cosmetics and some technical problems. YK technicians have given reasonable and economic solutions to the technical problems raised by customers. In the end, an agreement was reached.
