1. Hand Sanitizer Gel making machine of Dispersing and Emulsifying
- The inner and outer surface of the tank body are polished to meet the requirements of hygienic level.
- The heating method adopts jacket electric heating, with even heat transfer and high temperature control accuracy. The system can also be connected to cooling water for cooling.
- The control mode is button or PLC which are both simple, clear and easy to use.
- The tank cover of the dispersing mixing emulsifying tank is automatic lifting type, and the main tank can be overturned to dump material.
- The dispersing mixing tank is equipped with a high shear homogenizer and a counter rotating wall scraping mixing paddle.
- It is equipped with two pretreatment tanks of water phase tank and oil phase tank.
- The pretreatment tank is equipped with a high-speed dispersion system.
