During November, we received an order from a biopharmaceutical company in Nanjing. They ordered a set of ZJR-150 high shear emulsifying mixer . The machine will be used in producing cosmeceutical products. Now the machine has been finished and will be sent to Nanjing soon.

We made the high shear emulsifying mixer according to customer’s requirements. We equipped to machine the customized button operation, double frequency converter as well as water and oil pot. We also installed feeding/discharging holes of liquid/powder, a sight glass with light, vacuum hole and pressure gauge on cover. The mixing system consists of SUS316L made homogenizer and frame type stirrer with scrapers. According to customer’s production volume, this machine’s model is ZJR-150; its capacity can reach up to 1T every day. Our ZJR series high shear emulsifying mixers have different models for laboratory, pilot to batch production. The capacity ranges for 5L-5000L per batch.
