ZJR vacuum emulsifying mixer (classic model)
The vacuum emulsifying mixer is a complete system for manufacturing viscous emulsion, dispersion, and suspension in either small-scale or large-scale cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
It means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several phases to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between the stator and the rotor by the strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect. What is unique about the vacuum emulsifying mixer compared with other types of mixers is it utilizes the many significant functions of vacuum to improve the performance of mixing and product handling, and then achieve the best mixing results.

SP series circulation emulsifying homogenizing mixer (economical type)
SP series external circulation vacuum emulsifying homogenizing mixers are generally installed at the bottom of the emulsifying pot. The materials in the kettle can be emulsified and homogenized repeatedly through the external circulation pipeline to achieve an adequate and uniform mixing effect, especially suitable for the production of wash-free disinfection gel hand sanitizer. The machine is divided into both SPA&SPC. SPC is a single machine with a lifting function. SPA is more suitable for engineering installation. This machine is also equipped with internal and external high-shear homogenizers installed at the bottom of the equipment. It has the same emulsifying effect as the ZJR series of emulsifying mixers.

MC recirculation emulsifier (high-efficiency type)
The MC is the ideal equipment for the production of creams, lotions, ointments, gels, toothpaste, and food sauces. The core of the system is a rotor-stator homogenizer, which is mounted underneath the process vessel and connected to its top part by a recirculation line. This configuration ensures that all ingredients pass through the homogenizer at least twice before being discharged because ingredient materials are introduced through the running homogenizer.
The homogenizer also incorporates the internal pumping function for circulating and discharging the products and cleaning the machine.
