Operation process
- In the cabined cavity, there are 1-3 sets of antithetic occludes with many layers of stator and rotor.
- To absorb the material, the rotor runs at a high speed to cause suction by changeable running. The material is dispersed and emulsified in shortest time by the stator and rotor step by step.
- The diameter of the grain becomes smaller sharply.
- The transmission shaft in the cavity adopts cantilever type.
- Flexible clutch connects the motor with the main bearing in the bearing box and improves the running quality of the transmission shaft.
